LET US CREATE A PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT WORKS FOR YOU

Personal Training lessons at IG3 Gym are mostly 60 minutes in length, but some sessions may be shorter, all depending on what you need based on your goals and experience levels.
Our personal training is very exclusive and for the client that is very motivated and wants results. Every individual is different in what they need and this is reflected in the level of detail that is provided with 1-1 clients.
What to expect as a 1-1 client:
  • Detailed health history initial consult going over previous and current lifestyle history along with body fat measurements, progress pictures etc (1 hour)
  • Bodyfat measurements every 4 weeks
  • 7 day food journal log review with your coach
  • Fully custom nutrition program based off of foods you like, don't like, and overall current lifestyle (even if you travel a lot we make it work for you!)
  • Fully specific training program taking into account what you've done previously (also current state of stress, digestion, hormone health etc) and explanation of WHY we're implementing the current training phase and how it meshes with your nutrition so you understand the process
  • Individualized supplement plan as needed. Normally, we find the basics work for many people but we'll go into more detail if needed (for example if someone has sleep issues we may suggest a specific protocol).
  • Weekly check-in to make sure your'e on the right track (but we are not babysitters-you must take some responsibility for your health)
  • Access to our exclusive private facebook group with continuing training, nutrition and supplement education
